Shuttle Service Needs Improvement

The location was incredibly convenient, just moments away from shops and dining options. The room was spacious, equipped with a comfy desk area and clean linen. I particularly enjoyed the free streaming service on the TV.

The check-in experience felt off, as if I was interrupting the staff. Additionally, I found the air conditioning unit to be excessively loud, making it difficult to sleep. Lastly, the overall experience was dampened by the limited breakfast options, which left much to be desired.

Had an awesome stay with friends! The rooms were clean and comfy. The shuttle to the airport was super convenient. We had fun visiting the Leatherman Factory and catching a local band at a nearby spot. Definitely recommend the vibrant lobby bar for chilling out after adventures!

The only downside was the shower setup. the glass door was a bit odd and could use some privacy improvement. Also, I found the air conditioning too loud at times, making it tough to sleep comfortably.

The shuttle service to the airport was efficient and saved a lot of time, which is a plus when traveling early. I found the bar to be a nice spot to unwind after a long day. However, experiencing issues with the air conditioning made the nights uncomfortable, as it was either freezing or too hot. The breakfast offering was limited. the free coffee was nice but not enough in the morning. Dealing with the shower controls took some trial and error, something I find frustrating. It would help for there to be a shelf for holding personal items in the shower. The staff seemed preoccupied, which could make the check-in process feel a bit impersonal. Overall, I enjoyed the stay but there are noticeable areas that could use more attention to enhance comfort and services.

Single traveler’s choice with nice amenities

The workout room and pool being open 24 hours was a rare treat for me. Also, enjoyed excellent WiFi and wonderful water pressure in the shower.

It wasn't exactly inexpensive but still acceptable for what I got.

I truly appreciated the modern design and accessibility features of Aloft Portland Airport Hotel At Cascade Station. The vibrant colors and clean lines made it a welcoming space, and everything was easily reachable, which is perfect for seniors like myself.
